Service Description
Connecticut Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services throughout the State of Connecticut. Our services include, but are not limited to, inspection, identification, treatment, and monitoring of pests such as insects, rodents, termites, bed bugs, ants, spiders, wasps, bees, cockroaches, and other common household and commercial pests. We employ various treatment methods including chemical applications, baiting systems, exclusion techniques, and integrated pest management strategies tailored to the specific conditions of your property. All service appointments are scheduled based on availability, and we reserve the right to modify treatment plans based on our professional assessment of pest activity, environmental conditions, and safety considerations. Service areas, response times, and specific treatment options may vary by location and season. Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if conditions differ from initial assessments. We do not guarantee same-day service and emergency response availability is subject to scheduling constraints.
No Guarantee or Warranty
Connecticut Pest Control makes no express or implied guarantees regarding the complete or permanent elimination of pests from any property. Pest biology, environmental factors, neighboring conditions, and client compliance with recommended practices all influence treatment outcomes. While we utilize professional-grade products and established industry protocols, we cannot warrant that pests will not return or that reinfestation will not occur. Our services do not constitute a guarantee against future pest problems, and no warranty is offered regarding the duration of treatment effectiveness. Results may vary based on species type, infestation severity, structural conditions, weather patterns, and other variables beyond our reasonable control. Any follow-up treatments or retreatments shall be provided at our standard rates unless specifically covered by a separate written service agreement. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to our services.
User Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about property conditions, prior pest control treatments, known allergies, and presence of children, pets, or sensitive individuals prior to service. You are responsible for preparing the property according to our pre-treatment instructions, which may include removing food items, relocating pets, clearing access to treatment areas, and vacating premises for specified periods. Failure to follow these instructions may result in service delays, additional charges, or reduced treatment effectiveness. Clients must inform us of any changes to property conditions that could affect treatment safety or efficacy. You agree to maintain reasonable sanitation and exclusion practices as recommended by our technicians to support treatment success. Access to the property must be provided at scheduled appointment times; missed appointments may incur cancellation or rescheduling fees. Payment is due according to the terms specified on invoices, and delinquent accounts may result in service suspension and collection activities. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary landlord, property manager, or homeowner association approvals prior to service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connecticut Pest Control and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, lost profits, business interruption, or emotional distress. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for damage to personal property, landscaping, or structural elements unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, as determined by competent evidence. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health effects in occupants, pets, or wildlife following treatments performed in accordance with product labels and regulatory requirements. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
